Six women are also included among the arrested accused. Police have recovered Rs 11 lakh, mobile, calling data and other items from them.
ADCP of Noida Zone Shakti Mohan Awasthi said that the police had received information that people were being cheated in the name of getting loans through a call center running in C Block of Sector 6.

Based on the information, the police raided and arrested Haseen, Vikas, Rajesh, Ashish, Waris Ali, Sohil, Salman, Ashutosh, Nisha, Sugra Fatima, Surbhi, Twinkle, Kusum, Khushboo etc. Police recovered 6 feature phones, 4 smartphones, 74 sets of calling data and Rs 11 lakh from the spot.
ADCP said that the accused used to contact people through mobile and pretend to be employees of Kotak Mahindra and HDFC Bank. The accused used to give assurance of getting mortgage loan against the policy.
Apart from this, due to policy lapse, they used to negotiate with the customer about the policy installment, RTGS charge for loan advance, file charge for getting the loan, processing fee and other expenses and get the money transferred to their account.
After this, a digital copy of the fake loan approval was sent to the customer through email and WhatsApp.
By claiming to have loan approval, the accused used to transfer money from people to fake bank accounts. He told that the arrested beauty earlier worked in an insurance company. After leaving the job, he had brought customer data with him from there. Accused Hasin is the mastermind of the entire fraud. Till now the accused has defrauded hundreds of people of crores of rupees.
