Election News/Let us tell you that as per the instructions of Collector and District Election Officer Rahul Dev, the first phase of training was given to the officers and employees on duty in the polling team to conduct the Lok Sabha elections in the district in a free, fair and peaceful manner. During this period, 41 officers and employees were found absent.
Election News/Taking this seriously, the Collector and District Election Officer had given instructions to the concerned officer to issue show cause notice to the absentees.
Deputy District Election Officer Maneka Pradhan said that show cause notices were issued to a total of 41 officers and employees who were absent from the training organized from 02 to 04 April and 06 April at Swami Atmanand English Medium School located at the district headquarters and Government Higher Secondary School of Gram Panchayat Karhi.
