ACB EOW Raid, Chhattisgarh News. ACB-EOW arrested former MD of liquor distribution company CSMCL in alleged liquor scam case in Chhattisgarh. Arunpati Tripathi Has been arrested. It is being told that he has been arrested from Gopalganj in Bihar. After being in jail for about 9 months, Tripathi got bail from the High Court in February itself.

ACB EOW Raid. On Thursday, EOW had raided 21 places of close relatives of former CM Bhupesh Baghel including Raipur, Durg, Bilaspur. The action has ended at many places. During this period, ACB has seized Rs 19 lakh cash, jewelery worth crores, laptop-pen drive, property documents and other items.

In these documents, documents related to layering, unsecured loans and investments through shell companies and illegal assets acquired from excise have been found. EOW has sealed the bungalow of liquor businessman Pappu Bansal in Khursipar, Durg and pasted a notice. The notice states that the search warrant was issued on April 10, but when the search team reached today on April 11, the house was found closed.

People associated with liquor business as well as their CA have been targeted by ACB and EOW. In which the team has also raided three to four places in Bilaspur. In this, action was taken at other places including the office and house of CA Sanjay Mishra of FL 10A company.

The houses of businessmen Anil Aggarwal and Saurabh Aggarwal in Govind Kunj located in Samta Colony in Raipur were also raided. This action is related to hawala business. Besides, the ACB-EOW team has also raided the premises of businessmen associated with liquor and coal business. ACB EOW Raid
