For Raipur Lok Sabha constituency election After the release of the notification at 11 am today, on the very first day, 16 people from the area reached the office of the Returning Officer and collected the nomination forms. Out of these, 14 people have also deposited the prescribed security amount in the office.
Those collecting nomination forms include representatives of national and regional parties, including five independent candidates. Among them, independents Bodhan Lal Farikar, Praveen Jain, Rohit Kumar Patil, Dinesh Dhruv, Rajesh Dhruv received nomination forms.
Similarly, Lakhmu Ram Tandon from Rashtriya Jan Sabha Party, Yellow Ram Anant from Sundar Samaj Party, Brijmohan Agrawal from BJP, Vishwajit Harrade from Communist Party, Neeraj Saini from Ghoom Sena, Dayashankar Nishad from Bharatiya Shakti Party, Manoj Verma from Chetan Party Independent, Shakti Smt. Savita Banjare of Sena Bharat Desh, Ravi Kumar Srivas of All India Jan Seva Party, Tilak Sonkar of Congress and Anil Kumar Mahobia of Right to Recall Party have received the nomination forms. Except Tilak Sonkar and Dinesh Dhruv, the remaining 14 candidates have also deposited the prescribed security deposit today. Brijmohan will file his nomination on April 15.
