National President of NDA’s ally Republican Party of India (Athawale) and Union Minister Ramdas Athawale, who reached Raipur, the capital of Chhattisgarh, made a strong verbal attack on the Congress and the Indi alliance.

Ramdas Athawale said that Congress and Indi alliance are trying to mislead the country by spreading false propaganda against the central government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The truth is that democracy is not in danger at all, rather, the Congress and Indi alliance is in danger.

Union Minister Athawale, while discussing with reporters at the BJP office located at Ekatm Complex, said that the NDA government is working to strengthen the Constitution. The Congress, which flouted the Constitution by imposing emergency on the country and making arbitrary amendments 80 times, is today shedding crocodile tears in the name of the Constitution.

The central government led by Prime Minister Modi implemented the Constitution of India in Jammu and Kashmir by abolishing Article 370, hoisted the tricolor national flag there without fear and ended terrorism by handing over full authority to the army. The issue of Kashmir is an issue related to the country and every person of the country.

Athawale sarcastically said that Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is completely unaware of whose side the people of the country are with? After the crushing defeat of Congress in the recently held assembly elections, Rahul Gandhi is working to divide Dalits and Muslims and castes across the country against each other. His ‘Join India Yatra’ has proved to be ‘Break India Yatra’. A ‘thugbandhan’ of 28 parties stands against Narendra Modi, where every party has contenders for the post of Prime Minister.

Discussing RPI, Athawale said that we have been working together with BJP for the last 12 years and like last time, this time too we have decided to support BJP on all the 11 Lok Sabha seats of Chhattisgarh.

Discussing the achievements of Prime Minister Modi’s 10-year tenure, he said that in these 10 years, crores of countrymen have benefited from the welfare and development schemes for the rural poor as well as every section of the country.

Today India has become the fifth largest economic power in the world and will become the third largest economic power in the future. All the opposition parties, including Congress, are displaying their petty mentality by using indecent and unparliamentary language for the Prime Minister.
