CG News: Korba/SDM Korba has suspended the Patwari of Benderkona after the investigation conducted on the instructions of the Collector on the complaint of negligence in Girdawari work was found to be correct.
It has been told that the applicant Pyarelal Karsh alias Pyari Pita Pusau resident of village Benderkona Tehsil Bhainsma had on 19 December 23 purchased the land belonging to his land owner in village Benderkona P.H.No. Total area situated at 03 is 1.74 A. A complaint letter was submitted regarding ordering the concerned Patwari to sell paddy as per its area.
Collector Saurabh Kumar took this matter seriously and gave instructions to investigate and take necessary action. According to the report presented by the joint investigation team formed on the basis of the said complaint letter which included a Deputy Collector, Revenue Officer and Assistant Superintendent, Bharatlal Chauhan Patwari, P.H.No. 03 Benderkona R.N.M. And Tehsil Bhainsma has been found to be carrying out the Girdawari work of agricultural land carelessly.
Considering the above act of Shri Bharatlal Chauhan Patwari as contrary to Rule 03 of Civil Services Conduct Rules 1965, Shri Bharatlal Chauhan Patwari, P.H.No. 03 R.N.M. Bhainsma to Chhattisgarh He has been suspended with immediate effect under Rule 9 (1) A of the Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1966. During the suspension period, the headquarters of Bharatlal Chauhan Patwari has been fixed as Tehsil Office Kartala.
They will be paid living allowance during the suspension period. Collector Saurabh Kumar has directed all the SDMs and Tehsildars to continuously inspect the concerned paddy procurement centers and when complaints related to Girdawari are received, investigate seriously and ensure necessary action.
