Ration Card Renewal.The work of renewal of all 77 lakh ration cards currently running under the public distribution system in Chhattisgarh has been extended till 30 April 2024.

Keeping in mind the convenience of common citizens, Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai had given instructions to extend the date of ration card renewal, so that all eligible beneficiaries can apply. In this series, Food Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection Department Minister Dayal Das Baghel has given guidelines regarding extending the date for online renewal application till April 30, 2024.
Ration Card Renewal. Food Department Director Jitendra Shukla has issued guidelines in this regard to the collectors of all the districts. A new mobile app of the Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection Department has been prepared by the Food Department for ration card renewal, it can be downloaded by going to the Play Store. Beneficiaries can download this app from the website of Food Department http://khadya.cg.nic.in.
Ration card holders can submit electronic application for renewal online through this app in their mobile. Beneficiaries who do not have Android mobile or where there is no mobile connectivity.
There, the facility of submitting electronic applications for renewal of ration cards through online process at the fair price shop level is also being provided.
