Jashpur: The five-day induction training of newly appointed teachers concluded on March 18. In this training, the work of motivating the newly appointed teachers and instilling enthusiasm in them was done very well by the master trainers from SCERT. On the first day of the training, there was a detailed discussion on the role of teachers, National Education Policy, conscious and subconscious mind. The basic mantra was given to the teachers by the master trainers to keep their goals in writing or stick them on the wall.
So that you see it again and again and your attention does not deviate from your goal. In the second day’s training, stress management, language and structure of the education department were discussed. Also, it was told by the trainers that if you do good work then you should also praise yourself.
In the third day training, cognitive area, own work, community participation, concept of numbers and different types of school records were discussed and group presentation was conducted on mathematical operations.
In which a presentation was also given by the master trainers of the district. In the fourth day’s training, all the points of Nava Jatan were discussed throughout the day and 6 C (Critical Thinking, Creative Thinking, Collaboration, Compassion, Confidence and Communication Skills) were developed in the children. How to do it was explained in detail by the trainers. Also, how can you challenge the children, the process of teaching and learning was also discussed and finally a cultural program was also conducted for the newly appointed teachers by dividing them into groups.
In the training of the fifth and last day, all the things that happened in the last four days were consolidated and the methods of improving the school environment, differences in evaluation, examination and assessment, National Education Policy and modern and traditional sports were also discussed. Hui. Nowadays children are away from traditional sports, due to which their physical development is not happening as it should be, this was also told by the master trainer.
Master trainers Rajkumar Jaltare, Deepesh Purohit, Manish Mishra, Chetan Kumar Patel, Janaki Sahu who came from SCERT tried their best to make all the newly appointed teachers proficient for the schools. Deepesh Purohit and Rajkumar Jaltare sir had a detailed discussion challenging the teachers on various topics, while Manish Mishra’s sweet songs won everyone’s heart, Chetan Patel threw detailed light on school records, holidays and the structure of the education department. Apart from all these, master trainers selected from the district, Shankar Ram, Anil Mishra, Seema Gupta, Mukesh Kumar, Nikita Namdev also shared their experiences as to how they have worked in their schools.
At the end of the training, the newly appointed teachers presented traditional Chhattisgarhi items to DIET Principal M.Z.U. Siddiqui and Vice Principal Mrs. Sangeeta Bhoy and all the master trainers as mementoes for whatever they were told and what they learned during these five days. Thanked everyone. At the end of the concluding speech, S. Sangeeta Bhoy, while discussing the work being done in the schools, motivated the teachers that now all of you should go to your schools and work with double the energy.
Principal of DIET, MZU Siddiqui, said that when you leave home, go to school thinking about what you have to do today, you will see that by the time you reach school, new thoughts must have come in your mind. ,Which you will be able to give to the children of your school.
