Local Holiday List / Under which, Navakhai on Tuesday, 10 September, Bastar Dussehra outside Raini on Monday, 14 October and Friday, 1 November 2024, the second day of Diwali, have been declared as local holidays for the entire district on the occasion of Govardhan Puja. The treasury and sub-treasury will remain open as usual on the above dates.
Local Holiday List/Excise Commissioner Chhattisgarh Raipur has declared 25 March 2024 as a dry day on the occasion of Holi. In the above context, Collector Vijay Dayaram K. March 25, 2024 has been declared a dry day on the occasion of Holi festival.
On the occasion of dry day, all types of liquor shops and licenses located in Bastar district i.e. country liquor CS2 (DDG) and foreign liquor FL1 (DDG), F.L. 3 (hotel bar), fl. 7 (military canteen) and liquor storage warehouse Jagdalpur have been ordered to remain completely closed on March 25, including closing after the scheduled time on March 24.
