They can fill the application in 12D and submit it to the District Postal Ballot Branch along with a photocopy of the Voter ID Card and proof of being at work on the voting day. He has said that the concerned departments will immediately provide this information to the election office.

Because the last date for form submission has been fixed as 25 March 2024. Nodal Officer Postal Ballot Shri Vikram Bahadur said that for the convenience of postal ballot, essential service category voters will be given the facility to vote through postal ballot on April 13, 14 and 15 in the District Panchayat Office. During this, representatives of political parties, Narendra Meshram from Bharatiya Janata Party, Vijay Salam from Indian National Congress, Vishwanath from Aam Aadmi Party, Additional Collector Birendra Bahadur Panchbhai, Assistant Returning Officer Abhayjit Mandavi, Deputy District Election Officer Dr. Sumit Garg, Joint Collector. Abhishek Gupta, District Informatics Officer Balram Rajoria, election programmer Hemant Kumar Dewangan and election related employees were present.
